Retaintive

Know what’s happening in your studios.

Retaintive uses AI to connect every lead and member conversation to your team’s follow-up, so the people running your studios have the context to act.

Follow one lead through the week.

Drew wants to take an intro class before work. Scroll to see how the team gets from a missed class to a booked one.

Something came up.

Drew planned to come to Thursday's 6:15 AM class, then called that morning: something came up. Drew still wants a class before work and will pick another morning.

Drew goes quiet. The Task doesn't.

The team texted early-morning times on Thursday and called on Friday. No answer. Each attempt is logged with the next one scheduled, so the Task comes back on Sunday.

The callback books it.

On Sunday, Emma Davis calls Drew back. Drew takes the 6:15 AM class on Tuesday, and the Task moves on to the intro.

One fewer lead waiting.

On the manager's dashboard, No booking yet for the week drops from 20 to 19, and intros booked rise to 15.

New lead? The studio phone rings.

With Lead Line switched on, Retaintive calls the studio line when a new lead arrives during opening hours. Whoever picks up at the front desk is connected straight to the lead.

Alongside the tools you already use.

How does this fit with our existing systems?

Retaintive is designed to work alongside your studio software. Booking and membership operations stay in your existing tools. Customer conversations and follow-up records add context to that operational picture. Further CRM connections are part of the roadmap.

Where does the information come from?

Connected calls, messages and email lead inquiries, together with updates entered by the team. Staff can check the original conversation and add or correct information. Reporting reflects the studios and records available to each user.

What is shown in the walkthrough?

Drew and the other leads shown are fictional, from Demo Studio in our test environment. The screens are the real product. The walkthrough does not place calls or play recordings.

What are you building next?

Our roadmap includes deeper CRM connections and automated AI sales and customer service for fitness businesses. Today’s focus is AI conversation analysis, staff follow-up and management review.
